Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to the questions we hear most often. Can't find yours? Just get in touch.

Pregnancy

Book as soon as a home test is positive, ideally around weeks 6–8. The first visit confirms a healthy pregnancy and sets an accurate due date.

Avoid raw or undercooked meat and eggs, unpasteurised dairy, high-mercury fish and excess caffeine. We provide a full, personalised nutrition guide at your first visit.

For most uncomplicated pregnancies, travel is safest in the second trimester. Always discuss your plans with us first, especially for long flights or high-risk pregnancies.

Fertility

12 months if you are under 35, or 6 months if you are 35 or older. Come sooner if you have irregular periods, known conditions or previous pelvic surgery.

A history and examination for both partners, hormone and ovarian-reserve tests, a pelvic ultrasound, and where needed tubal and semen assessment.

We provide full fertility evaluation, ovulation induction and IUI, and coordinate referral to trusted IVF/ICSI centres when that is the right next step.

Gynecology

An annual gynecological visit suits most women, with cervical screening based on your age and history. We advise the right interval for you.

Absolutely. Everything you share is kept strictly private, and you are always seen in a respectful, comfortable and discreet environment.

Whenever they affect your quality of life. Effective options range from lifestyle changes to hormone therapy, tailored to your health and preferences.

Appointments

Use the online booking form, message us on WhatsApp, or call the clinic directly. We confirm every appointment and send a reminder.

We are open Saturday to Wednesday 10:00–20:00, Thursday 10:00–16:00, and closed on Friday. Exact times are on the Contact page.

Any previous test results, scans, a list of your current medications, and details of your medical history. If unsure, just come — we can arrange the rest.
